I'm in my third year at McGill majoring in Honours Psychology and double minoring in Neuroscience and Linguistics. When I'm not working on my thesis research in the lab you can find me at spin class, running on Mont-Royal, or just dancing around my apartment. I also enjoy singing, writing, reading and contemplating life with my friends. In the summers I head home to Edmonton and my incurable habit of line dancing.   I am a third year student at McGill, majoring in Electrical Engineering. Apart from solving math problems and electrical circuits like my fellow classmates do, I design websites too. I like all kinds of cool designs, such as graphics and architecture. Also, I am interested in learning languages and currently taking a French 101 course. I admire Canadian politicians because they can argue with each other in both English and French.

Heading into U3 Honours Psychology at McGill, I am into figuring out what makes people think the way they do, from the basic mechanisms of language acquisition to the unconscious processes of social cognition. I am also hugely into all kinds of sports – most of my free time this summer will be spent playing ultimate Frisbee, taking the occasional break to climb rocks, bike down mountains and maybe even run a couple of races. I also like reading, music and the fact that Montreal summers are one big street festival.   I am currently in U2 working on my Honours project in Psychology as. Although I have never taken a language class before, I have recently delved into the field and have undertaken a project exploring the robustness of our language acquisition abilities under degraded conditions. In five years from now, you may see me as a lonely, budget-restricted PhD student in clinical psychology... or in research... or as a law school student... or living back with my parents in Toronto pretending that a career in theatre is realistic.

I love to coach and play water-polo, dancing, and enjoying life in general. In the future, I am dreaming of living in a warm and sunny place near the ocean!
