IT Help (IT Support Utility)
The web based IT Help system will be
replacing the e-mail based system of sending IT requests to ithelp
at psych.mcgill.ca. This IT support utility contains information related
to submitting service requests and answers to most of your "how to"
questions.
What is IT Help?
IT Help is an IT support utility, designed to provide users with
faster and more efficient response to technical support (hardware and
software) requests and questions.

Who
Can Access IT Help?
Students, faculty and administrative staff of the Department of
Psychology that are connected to the McGill local network. For users
that are outside the McGill local network (including users connected
to the Internet through the McGill wireless network) a VPN connection must be
used to connect to McGill in order to access IT Help.

If you are accessing the system for the first time please
register here.
Shortly after you will receive an e-mail with your username and
password.
