Luda Diatchenko, M.D., Ph.D. (Russian State Medical University)



Dr. Luda Diatchenko is the Canada Excellence Research Chair in Human Pain Genetics at McGill University. Luda has access to most of the large human pain cohorts worldwide being used for gene discovery. Luda and Jeff have and are continuing to collaborate to find and explain the role of genes in pain, and they are increasingly trading each other's molecular and behavioural expertise, respectively.
